Racial Profiling
If you do not use racial profiling to identify high-risk people, you are wasting huge amounts of time and money looking at the wrong people. My stepdaughter is physically handicapped and weighs only 65 pounds. She is usually searched at the airport. How about an 83-year-old man who happened to be a Congressional Medal of Honor winner from World War II having that medal seized by airport security for its potential as a “weapon?” He was also a state governor – Joe Foss. Leave grandma alone and keep your eyes wide open for young Middle Eastern men and women. What is really wrong with that? How does that infringe upon your civil liberties? If they are not American citizens, then they do not deserve our civil liberties nor should be entitled to them.
